Breath-to-movement yoga. Classes are for all levels, though some familiarity with yoga is recommended.
A little bit of yoga, a little bit of exercise. Some classes will have a specific focus on lower body and upper body for you to plan your workouts for the week. No weights needed.
A slow burn flow. We’ll prioritize longer holds to have more time in shapes. With the pacing and holds, this is our most beginner-friendly class.
A little yoga, a lot of mobility, restorative shapes, relaxation and meditation. We’ll start with a few minutes of Vinyasa, and then wind down with mobility techniques and restorative shapes. Grab your bolsters and blankets and let’s get cozy!
YOGA WITH WEIGHTS
Yoga with dumbbells at home for cardiovascular activity and muscle tone. No weights? No problem! Try milk jugs, wine bottles, or backpacks.
ON DEMAND LIBRARY
Our On-Demand Library is included with membership. Take past classes, as well as Quick Classes — 5-, 10-, 20-, and 30-minute classes for short bursts of movement throughout your day.
