CLASS INFORMATION
If attending in-person, the studio opens 15 minutes before class starts; if virtual, the Zoom room will open 5 minutes before class starts
Everything in class is always optional. If you need rest for any reason, Child’s Pose, seated, or lying down is always a nice place to ground. When you’re ready, jump back in!
If you have any contraindications that you’d like to share with your instructor (ex. old/new injury, pregnancy, etc.), please feel free to have a word with us before class or private message us on Zoom. We’d love to plan out how to best support you.
New to yoga? Welcome! We love new faces. Say hello, and let us know if you have any questions before or after class. All of our classes are designed for all levels unless otherwise indicated (i.e. Level 2-3). We can’t wait to guide you into your practice!
VINYASA
Breath-to-movement yoga. Classes are for all levels unless designated otherwise (i.e. Level 2-3).
VINYASA STEADY
A slow burn flow with a priority on longer holds within postures. All levels welcome.
VINYASA RELEASE
A little yoga to warm up, a lot of mobility techniques and restorative shapes to unwind & relax.
VINYASA STRONG
A little bit of yoga, a little bit of exercise. Class may feature unweighted and weighted exercises.
VINYASA LIFT
Grab your weights! Some yoga, and some weighted exercises. No dumbbells? No prob! Ask for options.
SPECIAL CLASSES
Monthly, we have special classes from Arm Balancing & Backbending, to events like Yoga + Cocktails.
