We have seven hybrid (in-person and virtual) classes per week, and a handful of virtual-only classes. Past classes we’ve taught can be found in our On-Demand Library. All of our classes unless designated otherwise are suitable for all levels of practice.

All virtual classes occur via Zoom. You will receive a link to the Zoom room upon sign-up, and again 1 hour before class.
Breath-to-movement yoga. Classes are for all levels unless designated otherwise (i.e. Level 2-3).
A slow burn flow with a priority on longer holds within postures. All levels welcome.
A little yoga to warm up, a lot of mobility techniques and restorative shapes to unwind & relax.
A little bit of yoga, a little bit of exercise. No weights needed, all bodyweight exercises and conditioning.
Grab your weights! Some yoga, and some weighted exercises. No dumbbells? No prob! Ask for options.
Monthly, we have special classes from Arm Balancing & Backbending, to events like Yoga + Cocktails.
