“Spring Clean” your energy by learning to be your own healer with a new skill: Reiki!
Join Michelle for the second in-person edition of her Become Your Own Healer training: one part Reiki Level One certification, one part deep dive into the energetics of the body.
On night one of this two-night training, you’ll learn the History of Reiki, the language of the chakras, plus how to self-heal and protect your energy while healing others.
In night two, you’ll participate in a group meditative experience that attunes you to your new healing powers before practicing Reiki on your fellow classmates.
Bonus: Every Reiki Level One attunement kicks off a 21-day energy cleanse that clears out old chakra imbalances, stuck energy, and thought patterns that no longer serve you. The perfect way to start the spring!
